The cities of Naples, Caserta, Pompeii, Sorrento, and Amalfi also enjoy boasting about their exuberant cuisine using fresh vegetables, herbs, Buffalo Mozzarella, and seafood. So, on your visit with Chef Dave to this beautiful region of Italy, we will meet at Tramici. You will make your own pizza dough and then add tasty, fresh ingredients to produce a simply outstanding pizza. You pizza will be baked in Tramici’s authentic pizza oven, but Chef Dave has some secrets to help you produce similar results in your own kitchen.
